TERRELL, Texas, Aug. 7 - Tanger Outlet Centers of America, a nationwide group of 32 shopping malls, recently awarded a grant for $25,000 to support the United States Wounded Soldiers Foundation.

Since 2003, the foundation has supported the Landstuhl Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany, to provide the needs of our combat veterans. To date, more than $500,000 worth of goods have been delivered to the hospital.

During the 4th of July weekend, all 32 Tanger Outlet Centers across America signed banners and wrote cards of well wishes to the wounded. These have been hand delivered to Col. James Griffith, chaplain at the Landstuhl Medical Center, by Teresa Goforth, executive director of the foundation.
